Sport in the open air
Upon entering the complex and / or using the facilities, you undertake to act in accordance with the instructions set forth below
The use of the facilities is intended for those, aged 14 and over, which are at least 1.60 m high, and at the sole responsibility of the user
1. The activity on this site is unattended and is intended for healthy people only..
2. You must check the completeness and stability of the training device before starting
your activity.
3. Do not train without shoes.
4. Do not train differently differently from what is written in the instructions.
5. The uses is for pleasure – stop the activity if you do not feel well.
6. Perform warm-up exercises at the beginning of the workout and muscle relaxation at
the endof the activity.
7. You should practice with gloves, for strong grip in the handles of the device.
8. It is recommended to take a break of at least 1.5 minutes between exercises.
(Back to normal pulse).
9. You must ensure that the exercise is performed correctly according to the instructions written on the device and on proper breathing. If you have doubts about how to perform an exercise – stop training
10. The site is used by additional trainees, please consider them.
11. If you suffer from health problems such as heart problems, balance and blood pressure, activity on this site is strictly prohibited for you.
12. On each facility attached a QR code, the code should be scanned before performing a
workout to watch a demo video.
13. Move weights in the +/- direction slowly and carefully.
14. Do not approach the device when another person is training.
15. Stop your training when another person Approaching the facility .
